Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our growing portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit operations, scaling experiential brands, and driving profitability across diverse entertainment and hospitality concepts. This role will focus on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and brand expansion while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for sustainable growth, expansion into new markets, and the successful launch of upcoming concepts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee multi-location operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality across all business units.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and optimize profitability while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand identity, marketing strategies, and guest engagement across all concepts.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
- Business Expansion: Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new locations, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the face of the company, building relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive in a multi-location hospitality, entertainment, or experiential business.
- Track record of scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Deep understanding of marketing, brand development, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Experience in launching new concepts, managing multi-market expansion, and navigating regulatory environments.
