Responsibilities:

• Efficiently maintain the physical appearance of the apartment community
• Walk the grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and amenities
• Duties may include the use of a power washer and cleaning or vacuuming pool
• Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned including some minor maintenance
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience as a Groundskeeper / Porter preferably in Multi-Family.
