POSITION: Leasing Consultant

Location: Chalet

Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community.

Responsibilities:

• Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and support through the application process.
• Support the move-in process for our new residents.
• Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for the property.
• Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Leasing experience in Multi-Family, preferred 2years
• One Site / Realpage experience preferred
• Available to work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday
• Pay schedule $15-19 based on experience, plus commissions
