POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor -Multisite
Location: Cross Creek Villas | The Falls | Residences at Old Hawthorne Apartments in Columbia, MO.

Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- EPA Type Universal or Type I & II Certification Required
- CPO preferred but not required
- Must have the ability to be on-call
- 2 years in Maintenance Supervisor experience in Multifamily required
