Responsibilities:

• Complete resident work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• EPA Type Universal or Type I & II Certification Required
• CPO preferred but not required
• Must have the ability to be on-call
• 2 years in Maintenance Supervisor experience in Multifamily required
