The Property Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the property and achieving full market occupancy. Compensation:
Annual salary: $65,000.00
Variable compensation: 10% bonus potential paid quarterly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Leasing and Marketing Manager to develop the Marketing Plan and sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Build rapport with internal and external customers to maintain positive relationships.
- Interact with residents with the highest level of customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Walk units, prepare final accounts, and execute statements.
- Handle resident concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Controls delinquency, collections, and expenditures.
- Monitors monthly operating statements and ensures adherence to the budget.
- Oversee leasing duties.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in Property Manager position
- Renovation / Rehab Management experience- strong in Capital and Project Management
- Prior experience with Yardi preferred
