Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of condominium communities, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, tenants, board members, and external vendors.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, collections, and the preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair projects for all properties, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
- Organize and lead meetings with board members and property stakeholders, providing updates on operational issues, finances, and upcoming projects.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring satisfaction in apartment complexes.
- Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and ensuring lease compliance in commercial and residential properties.
- Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers, managing contracts and ensuring quality and timely work.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each property, including financials, service reports, and resident communications.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
