Job Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Ensure timely unit turns and move-in readiness
- Provide on-call maintenance support for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Inspect property and grounds to identify and address maintenance needs
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality repairs
- Assist with janitorial, groundskeeping, and other special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-5 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance experience preferred)
- EPA Type II certification (preferred)
- Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Flexible schedule with shifts between 7 AM – 6 PM (including some weekends)
- Must be available for overtime and on-call rotation
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate tools
