Lenox-Martell (a division of Multi-Flow Industries) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven full-time Area Sales Representative with 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The applicant should possess a proven track record of sales. This position comes with an established territory with an existing customer base which will auto generate leads. In addition to the existing customer base you will be responsible for expanding our presence by identifying and establishing new accounts. Lenox-Martell has been servicing local businesses for nearly 80 years and we need your help as we continue to grow. Job Duties
- Owning your territory (Boston and North within Route 495 including southern New Hampshire) through cold calls, warm calls, leads follow through, drop-ins, and collections
- Build a foundation of contacts for sales leads and networking
- Track and submit weekly lead progress reports
- Sales and commission tracking reports
- Drafting proposals
- Work closely with inventory for parts ordering and pricing
- Work closely with the service department to coordinate installations
- Meet regularly with the sales teams reporting on lead statuses
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team player who excels in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Must have reliable transportation with appropriate insurance coverage
- Job will require some driving between accounts
- Bilingual is a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required, college degree preferred
- 3 -5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the bar or restaurant industry or as a bartender
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb, bend, and lift small amounts of weight occasionally
