Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Route Delivery Driver/Customer Service Technician:
- Evaluate daily routes and prepare for deliveries.
- Pull and scan products, including CO2, for customer deliveries.
- Print daily load sheet.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to confirm inventory on the truck.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Regional Manager to clear service calls.
- Manage deposits and settle accounts.
- Travel to customer locations to deliver products.
- Perform preventive maintenance or repairs on equipment at customer locations, as needed.
- Remove and replace empty CO2 cylinders at both customer locations and the warehouse.
- Ensure proper product rotation in the van and at customer sites.
- Maintain a well-organized parts inventory in the vehicle.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance.
- Report customer needs to Customer Service/Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
· 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience
· Mechanical Ability Required
· Able to Lift 50 pounds
· Clean driving record
· Good Customer Service Skills
