Route Delivery Driver/Customer Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Route Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician to deliver products and perform basic maintenance on our beverage dispensing equipment for our valued customers. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Route Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician :

• Evaluate daily routes and prepare for deliveries.
• Pull and scan products, including CO2, for customer deliveries.
• Print daily load sheet.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to confirm inventory on the truck.
• Communicate with Customer Service and Regional Manager to clear service calls.
• Manage deposits and settle accounts.
• Travel to customer locations to deliver products.
• Perform preventive maintenance or repairs on equipment at customer locations, as needed.
• Remove and replace empty CO2 cylinders at both customer locations and the warehouse.
• Ensure proper product rotation in the van and at customer sites.
• Maintain a well-organized parts inventory in the vehicle.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance.
• Report customer needs to Customer Service / Warehouse Manager.
