Production Assistant
Multi Image Group (MIG) is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to join our world class team of 150 professionals in our Boca Raton office.

As a Production Assistant , you will coordinate various aspects of live events and video production from concept to completion. Working closely with Executive Producers and Technical Directors, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, seamless events that exceed expectations. Role & Responsibilities :
- Works to support the entire team (production, creative, technical and sales) through all aspects of a production that can include live and virtual events, video production, expo or content development, typically under the direction of the Executive Producer and / or Executive Technical Director.
- Organize & attend weekly project team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute meeting notes and action items accordingly.
- Coordinate crew logistics including travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, per diem, and food & beverage.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks throughout project – document creation, file management, team communication, and a variety of research (for vendors, venues, entertainment, talent, furniture & other services).
- Miscellaneous errands, shopping, catering, shipping, and other entry level tasks as needed.
- Works with production team to ensure all deliverables are met and completed including scheduling content creation with Production Manager, reviewing, and checking of content as needed for show (audio, video, animation, signage, props, etc.).
- Track production schedule, project hours, and expenses throughout preproduction, onsite, and post show.
- Prep any materials such as signage, production supplies, greenroom materials, furniture, or misc. items to be placed on truck on route to event.
- Provide support to team members across all departments throughout the entire production process.
- Travel to show site and perform similar tasks, including but not limited to – preparing and distribution of documents, communication of call schedule to crew coordinating food & beverage, running errands as needed, and client & talent liaison.
