Key Responsibilities
The Customer Success Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the launch of products, including creating project timelines and setting up documentation required for production
- Managing customer open order reports and forecasting expected sales
- Coordinating pre-market testing and/or packaging trials, including outlining project scope, working with procurement, and communicating results and next steps with stakeholders
- Working closely with the Vice President of Business Development to onboard new accounts and customers
