About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Multi-Pak Packaging. As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will work closely with our Vice President of Business Development to onboard new accounts and customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the launch of products, including creating project timelines, setting up documentation required for production, managing customer open order reports, forecasting expected sales, and ensuring a successful launch. You will also be responsible for coordinating pre-market testing and/or packaging trials, outlining project scope, working with procurement, and communicating results and next steps with stakeholders.
