8 Hour Shift - Must be available between Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key function for the Multi Sales warehouse team and is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized and clean by picking, packing, and stocking products. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, and quality-focused with previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect receiving load before signing BOL (bill of lading)
• Sort product based on packing list and purchase order
• Identify discrepancies on purchase order vs packing list
• Communicate discrepancies and damage on shipment
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during receiving and ensuring transfers/shipments are picked, packed, and shipped according to picking ticket specifications.
• Serve as a backup to shipping, stocking, and driving when necessary
• Use ERP system during receiving and to verify stock & location.
• Take ownership of the warehouse by addressing any issues (cleanliness, stock, product labeling, etc.)
• Move material using pallet jacks
• Commitment to safety and a hazard-free work environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise

Requirements:

• Ability to read a BOL (bill of lading) and packing list
• High School Diploma/ GED and or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to walk/stand/sit for long periods of time, bending, stooping, and squatting.
• Ability to reach, feel, grasp, grip, carry, push, and pull.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid State driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
