Position Summary:
The Associate Vice President of Case Management is accountable for strategic planning, oversight of program development, business planning, policy setting, budget planning, expense control and the coordination of the system-wide approach to delivering acute care case management services and patient progression across the MultiCare Health System. Additional duties include planning, developing, system level collaboration/model of care approaches, discharge planning and future strategies. This position works closely with utilization management, hospital management, staff, and physicians requiring the development of rapport and the maintenance of professional relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
Eight years of leadership experience in a variety of clinical care roles
Ten years of experience and mastery in Case or Care Management
Five years of experience developing, implementing, and tracking clinical strategies
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Washington (Provider, other clinical practitioners e.g., Pharmacist, therapist etc. with case management leadership experience will be considered)
Masters degree in Nursing or related required
