Learn more at www.multicarejobs.orgPosition Summary:The Compliance Auditor is a professional level position working in Corporate Compliance and with departments, Directors, Managers, and Administrators throughout the health system. Responsibilities include planning and conducting compliance audits and reviews as per the annual compliance work plans, and resulting from reports of non-compliance made through the Integrity Line and other sources. The incumbents audit responsibilities include research, writing reports, interviewing, data analysis, recommending corrective action plans, staff education, and providing consultative services to the organizations senior leadership, providers, and staff.Minimum Requirements:Three (3) years of experience in compliance, internal audit, hospital coding/billing, utilization review or other related environmentOrTwo (2) years of experience in a hospital coding, billing, utilization review, compliance, internal audit and/or related environment with a Masters degree or with a professional designation such as CHC, CFE or CIATwo (2) years of experience in compliance/billing auditing in a healthcare setting preferredSystems experience, proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Education/Licenses/Certifications:Bachelors degree required, preferably in Healthcare related field, Accounting, or FinanceCHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or commitment to start process for certification within first 100 days of employment Shift: Day Employment Type: Full-Time Regular
