FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Position Summary
The Customer Service Office Clerk is responsible for providing clerical support to Customer Service and Financial Assistance Teams. This is an entry-level position, which is of routine nature. This position has a high degree of repetitive tasks. May require some light lifting and moving of boxes. Internal Contacts are primarily within work group and other departments throughout the organization.Responsibilities
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Triages incoming faxes to the correct departments
- Responds to customer and staff balance inquires
- Organizes incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- One year clerical experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience or training on computers preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $16.28 - $22.47 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
