Position Summary
This position has broad accountability in the management of special projects and ongoing planning activities. Work situations are diverse requiring complex data analysis, strategizing, the use of discretion, good judgement, problem solving, decision making, diplomacy, independence, and leadership. Major decisions are subject to the review and approval of the Administrator. This position requires extensive internal contacts with staff and management, resolving problems and issues, discussing difficult information, and providing facts and data relating to business and operation plans. Extensive external contacts are required with outside organizations, consultants, regulatory agencies and bodies, etc.Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in finance, strategic planning or business administration
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
- Five years comparable experience in a business or health care setting
