Position Summary
The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for welcoming the patient into the Emergency Department setting, greeting patients, addressing patient needs and comfort during the stay, directing patients/families, and contacting them after discharge. This position works closely with the unit leadership (Manager, ANM, and Admin Assistant) and the clinical team (RNs, Providers, PAT, Imaging) to ensure the optimum patient experience.

Requirements
- Six (6) months of experience in a position that includes customer service duties/skills
- Three (3) months healthcare experience or training preferred (inpatient or outpatient)
