Position Summary
The Program Assistant is responsible for the coordination of clerical and administrative functions in to support special projects within the Mary Bridge WIC.
Essential Functions
Work situations are both routine and non-routine requiring someone with strong clerical skills, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. This position works in conjunction with other internal and external entities in support of daily operations and special projects simultaneously, also requiring discretion and good judgment. Internal contacts consist of all levels of staff and management throughout MHS, external contacts including patients, families, the community and regulatory agencies.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.

Requirements
- Two years’ experience working in a medical setting providing clerical and administrative support related to the front office organization and overall support
- Experience with MS office required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Access to reliable personal vehicle
- Current Washington State driver's license and proof of a safe driving record
