This is a position for our Puget Sound Region Occupational Medicine clinics.

Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Part-Time & PRN openings between 2-12 shifts per month.

* No after hours call responsibility and no weekend hours. *

APP - Min $73.50/hour - Max $73.50 / hour

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
