Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and grounds maintenance activities, including operation and maintenance of hand, power, and shop tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grass cutting services using walking or riding mowers
- Maintain lawns, ground cover, plants, shrubs, hedges, and trees for appearance and functionality
- Ensure safe work methods and safety regulations are followed
- Communicate effectively in oral and written forms
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred
- Leadership and Management experience preferred
- Grounds and landscaping experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Basic principles of building and grounds maintenance
- Methods and techniques of planting, cultivating, pruning, and maintaining various types of lawns and landscapes
