Description
- Provide quality support for product realization processes.
- Prepare quality documentation and required testing / analysis for products.
- Assist in defining special characteristics of products.
- Perform dimensional studies and annual dimensional verifications.
- Assist in determining quality objectives and related training as required.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions as related to Quality concerns.
- Serve as back up to Quality Manager in accessing Customer Scorecards and Customer Portals.
- Work in customer portals as required for new product launches, quality-related issues, and corrective action reporting.
- Lead problem-solving efforts for customer complaint resolution.
- Serve as point of contact with customer regarding new product launches and quality-related issues.
- Maintain Quality department's-controlled documents.
- Assist with monitoring and maintenance of production mistake and error-proof processes and parts.
- Work with supply base regarding quality related issues by reporting non-conformances and tracking corrective actions.
- Serve as Quality Management System Auditor.
- Develop work instructions for processes and testing.
- Coordinate Engineering Changes with other Departments.
