*Responsibilities:
This position will identify and correct any and all problems involving the community and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
· Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
· General Carpentry
· A/C and heating systems, appliances (when applicable).
· Water irrigation systems.
· Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings.
· Tile, carpet, flooring.
· Roofing, gutters, fasteners.
· Fireplaces, ceiling fans, Interior/exterior lights.
· Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
· Boiler, gas and electric, gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
· Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks, security systems (where applicable)
· Ceiling leaks, foundations/sidewalks/concrete, walls
· General pool maintenance- pool areas, tile, Jacuzzi, pool furniture
Requirements:
· Position requires at least 5-years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent field.
· Certification from trade school
· HVAC certification is required.
Education:
· High school or equivalent level.
