A national multi-family management company is seeking a highly motivated, fast-paced, and experienced Service "Maintenance" Supervisor to join our team in Greenville, SC. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and maintain the physical facilities and grounds, ensuring they are safe and aesthetically appealing to residents and prospects.
- Manage all aspects of community maintenance, including grounds, custodial work, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Handle emergency maintenance, create and manage work schedules, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Ensure maintenance-related records are up-to-date and assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager in a multi-family setting.
- Must be organized, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency after-hours requests and work weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of contracts, math, and computers.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track inventory, parts, and tools.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
