We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor . In this role, you will provide administrative oversight, clinical consultation, and ensure compliance with contractual and documentation standards. You will support and guide our clinical team to deliver high-quality services while maintaining best practices in Medicaid Services and Child Welfare.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contractual Compliance & Oversight :
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide administrative guidance and clinical consultation to assigned team members.
- Clinical & Administrative Duties :
- Maintain and update billing summaries for assigned clinicians.
- Regularly review clinicians’ caseloads to ensure they meet expected standards.
- Audit clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with deadlines.
- Oversee documentation processes for client transfers and discharges.
- Team & Client Support :
- Maintain open communication with managed care agencies and external providers to resolve administrative or clinical issues.
- Participate in peer reviews, case staffings, and scheduled departmental meetings.
- Respond to emergency calls and attend multidisciplinary meetings as needed.
- Performance Management :
- Conduct regular performance reviews for assigned clinical staff.
- Review and manage Prior Authorizations.
- Ensure clinicians meet all documentation requirements and deadlines.
- Professional Development & Training :
- Participate in all staff meetings, including biweekly team meetings, supervisor sessions, and monthly in-service training.
- Promote continuous learning and adherence to best practices within the clinical team.
Qualified Supervisor & Bilingual Preferred.
Fulltime or Parttime available.
