Multilink is a growing company in the field of internet / telecommunication MFG and is looking for people to join our training program that provides immediate employment in a high paying path to Sheet Metal Fabrication.
Job Description
- Lean how to set up and program a computerized CNC Brake Press Machine
- Learn how to set up and program a computerized Turret (Punch Press) Machine
- Learn how to program and set up Fiber Optic Laser cutting system
- On the job paid training
Education and Experience
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent may be required.
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and other shop drawing aids.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
- Safety conscious behavior.
- Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.
- Sit, stand and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
- Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
Work Site Environment
- Ability to work in a 55 – 85-degree Fahrenheit work environment.
