What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at Multimatic?
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform and responsible for A / P, A / R accounting duties
- Perform and responsible for all types of financial analysis (ie. PPV and inventory analysis)
- Assist with month-end closing including preparing and posting accrual journal entries
- Assist with monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliation
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Assist with weekly flash, quarterly forecast and annual budget
- Assist with annual audit package
- Additional duties as assigned
- Follow all departmental and general procedures where applicable
- Supervision of Reception / Admin. employee
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager and / or Divisional Controller
- Works in compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards
- Will work in compliance with all legislative requirements of MIOSHA
