The Traveling Biomedical Engineering Technician I will be responsible for providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for medical equipment at various healthcare facilities in the Tacoma, WA area. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
- Repair and replace faulty components as needed
- Document all service and repair activities
- Provide training and support to healthcare staff on proper equipment usage
- Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Must pass background and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary : $22 - $27
