Hourly Rate: $27.00 - $32.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Service Biomedical Technician II to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for medical equipment in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to determine necessary repairs
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Document all service and repair activities in accordance with company policies
- Provide training and support to end users on proper equipment usage
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Biomedical Technology or related field Preferred.
- 2 years of experience as a Biomedical Technician in a field service role
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
