Job Details
Title: Certified School Nurse
Reports to: Director of Pupil Services
Available: ASAP
Terms of Employment: 10-month full time, Salary in accordance with the PEA Contract.
Description: Maintain comprehensive student health records, complete mandatory screenings, respond appropriately to emergency health situations, teach health classes, consult with teachers, administrators, and parents, administer medication, and treat student health needs and other duties as assigned by administration.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree & Licensed Registered Nurse Certification required.

- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
