We are seeking a Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team.
A passion for customer service and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
You are the one of the first impressions of our restaurant that will help provide a pleasant and smooth dining experience for our guests.
The job responsibilities include:
Greet all guests and treat them with excellent hospitality.
Coordinate with Host/Hostess about available seating.
Provide details about items on the menus.
Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system.
Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
