The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies that engage patients and improve service delivery through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote healthcare and medspa services.
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including events, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a focus on medspa, aesthetic services, or wellness industries.
• Proven track record of managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with boots-on-the-ground marketing, including event planning and community engagement.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media algorithms.
• Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Wiregrass Area market and local healthcare landscape.
• Experience with patient engagement strategies and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of medspa services and aesthetic trends.
