What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Substitute Teacher position at Multiple Locations?
Please apply to this substitute teacher position, if you currently hold a valid TSPC Teaching License in the State of Oregon.
If you are a current substitute teacher in our district you do not need to complete this application. You will need to complete the annual required trainings through Clackamas ESD and submit your training transcript to Human Resources for the 2024-25 school year if you have not already done so.
After completing the Substitute Teacher application, you will be contacted by the department of human resources once we review your application.
Substitute Requirements:
- Hold a Valid TSPC Oregon teaching license
- Demonstrate the ability to establish positive rapport with students.
- Ability to carry out lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher.
- Ability to follow District policy and procedures.
- Maintain safe environment for students at all times.
Licensed Substitutes must be registered and complete annual training with Clackamas ESD Substitute Registry.
Licensed Substiutes are paid in half or full day increments.
Substitutes who teach in the same job/classroom for more than 10 consecutive days will be paid at a higher rate beginning on the 11th day.
