Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive classroom dynamics
- Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises
- Implement early intervention techniques for children with special needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Infant-aged children
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Knowledge of toddler care best practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
