What You'll Be Doing
- Review, analyze, redline, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
- Support various standard EoR / AoR / Employment and commercial contracts, addressing queries with moderate complexity.
- Risk Assessment : Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring they align with the company's risk appetite and are fair and reasonable.
- Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on topics like fintech, labor laws, corporate matters, etc.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, contributing to internal compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate contract databases and documentation.
- Ensure all business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide proactive day-to-day employment law counsel, helping resolve HR and legal employment issues.
- Assist with a variety of other legal matters and projects as they arise.
