Night Runner

We are hiring for our multifaceted Night Runner position. We are looking for someone who can climb three flights of stairs regularly, can lift up to 50 lbs, has reliable transportation, and can fold a fitted sheet. A basic understanding of technology and computers is required as well.

This position is as unique as you! You would undergo an initial training period of Night Runner duties, working 5 nights from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Once training is complete, you will work between our evening laundry operations 3 nights a week, while filling in Night Runner duties 2 nights a week. This role will see you learn all of our back-end operations until you switch to full Night Runner duties in June.

We are looking for someone to work 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. though, flexibility for this position will be required depending on workload and operational needs. You will monitor grounds, maintain and test pools, and close them at a designated time. You will take calls from guests who may need after-hours assistance, such as little old ladies who need help turning on their TVs so they can watch Wheel of Fortune. Helping guests access their condo or resetting a heater. A great personality or some customer service background would be a huge plus. We are known for spur-of-the-moment projects, and the night shift may be asked to assist from time to time.

This role will also include evening shifts for 2-3 nights and will be 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You will assist in our laundry operations. Washing, drying, and folding laundry, as well as transporting it to the required location (a short 2-minute drive).
