You will help create, develop and implement processes to effectively support overall sales & marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement. 3 years’ experience in developing and managing lifecycle marketing strategies and CRM campaigns, executing on digital content and loyalty strategy, and creating lead generation initiatives and direct marketing experiences

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Oversee the continuous evolution and optimization of the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs as enhancements are released
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the CRM system and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM and digital marketing to continuously enhance platform utilization and strategy effectiveness
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM, including regular audits and updates of contact/company information, segmentation, categorization, engagement history and working with departments to identify classification techniques with existing data
- Report Building: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for organizational tracking of key performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- E-Mail Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives, utilizing HubSpot’s tools for segmentation, automation, and performance tracking to generate new business leads, nurture existing leads, and re-engage customers
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, including content creation and optimization of landing pages and forms both on HubSpot hosted landing pages and main Multiquip website
- Engagement Review: Regularly assess engagement metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in marketing strategies and CRM utilization
- SEO: Ensure SEO optimization across all website content and location pages, including keyword targeting, and general best practices
- Digital Marketing: Assist with the production of marketing copy for website, advertising initiatives, email campaigns, social media content, product literature, sales scripts, etc.
- Digital PPC Campaigns: Create, monitor and adjust PPC campaigns: focus on analysis, tactics, optimization, bid/budget adjustments and reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management and data integrity.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for employees on HubSpot CRM best practices, features, and updates to enhance user adoption and proficiency
3 years’ experience in developing and managing lifecycle marketing strategies and CRM campaigns, executing on digital content and loyalty strategy, and creating lead generation initiatives and direct marketing experiences
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in use of MS Office Suite
- 3 years in HubSpot CRM platform or equivalent experience
- Ability to set up & execute experiments (A/B, MV) to track business impact, analyzing the data and extracting key insights
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Understanding of basic HTML for email, email best practices & industry standard
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC marketing strategies, form building and content marketing strategies to optimize lead generation
- Strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various department perspectives and create an actionable plan
- Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws
- Strong working knowledge of Web technology and tools, marketing analytics, mobile tools and marketing automation.

- Base Salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 a year
