SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our LoRaWAN sensor product portfolio. The LoRaWAN Sensors Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering cutting-edge sensor solutions that meet the needs of industries such as smart cities, agriculture, industrial automation, and environmental monitoring. This role requires a deep understanding of IoT technologies, market trends, and customer requirements to drive product success in a rapidly evolving market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and articulate the product roadmap for LoRaWAN sensor solutions, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct competitive analysis, identify customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the product remains innovative and relevant.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements by working closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering to create detailed specifications.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop, test, and launch LoRaWAN sensor products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning, pricing, and launch plans; support sales with training and technical expertise.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements or new feature development.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on LoRaWAN protocols, sensor hardware, and IoT ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration with customer applications.
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand use cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in IoT, wireless technologies, or sensor-based products.
- Hands-on experience with LoRaWAN or similar low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for IoT and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with startups or in agile development environments.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, or team collaboration (10-20%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with LoRaWAN protocols, RF communication, and sensor hardware (e.g., temperature, humidity, motion, or environmental sensors).
- Understanding of IoT platforms, cloud integration, and data analytics.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems and firmware is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or IoT-related certifications are advantageous but not required.

- Requires a valid passport.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Minimal noise.
- Our Minnesota facility includes a manufacturing environment. Moderate noise level. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, wrist and shoe straps, and ESD smock. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted. No food allowed in the manufacturing area. No cell phone use allowed in manufacturing area unless approved by management.
