As a Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud Advanced Admin, you will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and optimising Salesforce to meet business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, resolve technical issues, and ensure the platform supports organisational goals effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and manage all aspects of user security, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Customise and configure Salesforce for Service and Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Manage data automation, reporting, and analytics to enhance operational insights.
- Handle system integration tasks and optimise the platform for seamless workflows.
- Provide ad hoc training and support to end-users.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimised integration with other systems.
- Resolve production support tickets and address logged issues efficiently.
- Monitor adherence to standard processes and compliance with corporate policies.
- Configure Salesforce maintenance requests and execute data migrations.
- Document knowledge base articles and system process flows for reference.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of experience delivering Salesforce technical services, including custom objects and fields, flows, process builder, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
- Expertise in administering Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, with familiarity in Salesforce Einstein and cloud capabilities.
- Proficiency with data tools like Data Loader; experience with Talend ETL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with data management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with users at various proficiency levels.
- Experience with Agile delivery is preferred.
- Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification required.

The gross monthly salary for this role ranges from €3,000 to €3,500, depending on experience and skills. Final offers will be fairly calculated based on qualifications and role requirements.
