What We Need: - We’re seeking an experienced, organized construction professional in the Tampa, FL area who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market as a Construction Documentation Specialist.
What You Can Do: - Proficiently use, and be willing to be trained on, various reality capture technologies (including digital photography, webcam, video cameras, 360 cameras, and unmanned aerial vehicles/UAVs) to visually capture construction progress - Organize and understand how to read construction floor plans - Navigate a construction job site safely while taking steady, high-quality photos - Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures - Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow - Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager - Maintain a professional appearance on-site at all times as a representative of Multivista - Confidently use various computer formats (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)
Who You Are: - You currently reside in Tampa / St.Pete FL area. - You have at least 1 year of construction experience working in the commercial or residential building industry - Applicants must have construction related experience - You can read and understand construction drawings and documents - You can manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organizational and time-management skills - You are a self-motivated and dependable team player - You have a valid instate driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive for potentially long periods of time - You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smartphone, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly - You can lift and carry 50lbs , occasionally up and downstairs, climb ladders, go up in lifts for installs (sometimes over 80' high) - You are or can become, OSHA 10hr certified – OSHA cert. must be obtained within 60 days from start of employment - You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day and: · Facing outside weather elements or conditions expected on a construction site, like dust and noise, are common and should be anticipated · Complying with all Jobsite safety regulations, including wearing (provided) personal protective equipment, is required.
