Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, located in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC, with work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, generating and following up on leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining client records, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with other internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and lead generation skills (Salesforce CRM)
- Cold-calling and account management experience
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with construction documentation or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
