Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative at Multivista in Austin, TX. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales activities, and business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective Clients via initial outbound phone calls and email to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research potential clients and tailor outreach strategies to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using Salesforce CRM software.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend tradeshows and local events geared towards the commercial construction industry.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – the majority of your time will be spent on the phone with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Background in Construction or Commercial Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but

not required).
