The RoleAs a Parking Supervisor, you’ll oversee and manage daily parking operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe use of parking facilities. You’ll be the go-to contact for all parking-related inquiries, from customer service issues to citation processing, and will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for all members and guests. Your leadership will guide the team in providing top-notch service while ensuring compliance with club policies and regulations.This is a full-time, fully on-site position in our club in Portland, OR with a schedule of Tuesdays – Saturdays, 10:30am – 7:00pm.What You'll Do
Supervise daily parking operations: Manage automated access systems, pay-to-park operations, and ensure the lot structures are well-lit and safely patrolled.
Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for parking-related inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues to provide a seamless experience for all members and guests.
Citation management: Process parking citations, including identification of offenders, coordination with the Accounting office for billing, and addressing citation challenges.
Safety and security oversight: Monitor parking facilities to ensure they are well-maintained, safe, and secure, reporting any incidents or hazards in a timely manner.
Inventory management: Monitor and order necessary supplies to support parking operations and ensure resources are available for efficient day-to-day functioning.
Special event support: Assist with parking operations for special events, ensuring efficient parking flow and coordination.
Revenue collection: Oversee the collection of parking revenues and ensure the proper procedures are followed.
Training & compliance: Participate in required training, including safety, CPR/AED, and other emergency procedures, while enforcing club safety protocols.
What You'll Bring
Supervisory experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in parking, transportation, or a related industry.
Customer service excellence: Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively, demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to interact with members, guests, and the parking team.
Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and comfortable using office equipment, two-way radios, and other essential tools.
Team-oriented attitude: Ability to foster strong professional relationships with members, guests, and staff while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment.
Physical requirements: Able to bend, twist, lift up to 20 pounds, and sit and/or walk for long periods of time during shift hours.
Schedule flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and varied shifts as required.
