As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director. The successful candidate, with a focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities, will develop and grow our IP Licensing and ASIC business. Ideally located in the Bay Area, the successful candidate will be tasked with growing our US Western Region. This is a Full-Time position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on Revenue, Gross Margin, and Design Win goals.
- Prospecting for new accounts and identifying new opportunities while maintaining and growing the existing customer base.
- Developing strong trustworthy relationships with senior-level managers such as engineering, executive management, and purchasing at target accounts.
- Working with our IP and ASIC marketing team to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
- Negotiation of contracts for Silicon IP Licensing, and Turnkey ASIC.
- Working with our commercial legal team preparing Contracts.
- Forecasting immediate revenue and long-term growth outlook.
- Identifying customer’s immediate and future requirements, market trends, and helping to align our product development, manufacturing, and investment strategies.
