Description/Qualifications
Responsibility for the following areas:
- Grind, sand, and polish stainless products.
- Correct defects.
- Prepare surface for further finishing.
- Mark cracks and splits for repair.
- Polish and grind materials according to specification
- Load or remove work pieces from worktables.
- Clean equipment and worktables.
- Maintain or repair equipment.
- Follow guidelines and templates.
- Record processing data in GS.
- Record product data in GS.
- Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers.
- Must know what components are, in relation to the Bill of Materials.
- Must be able to read assembly instructions to assemble product.
- Able to assemble product based on the Bill of Materials & other documentation
- Must be able to verify product with drawings (Where applicable)
- Must be able to verify product based on Work instructions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater.
Qualifications:
1 year or more of grinding experience preferred.
