What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Scheduler/Planner position at Muncy Machine & Tool?
Production Scheduler/Planner position in a growing light manufacturing company. We are looking for applicants who can use our ERP software to make efficient use of our personnel time and resources. The Production Scheduler/Planner will work with other department to create/modify a daily production schedule, and purchasing of consumables for the plant. In addition, he/she will monitor all jobs to ensure the ERP software has all the accurate information on production, inventory, employee entries, etc. Applicants must have math skills, an understanding of manufacturing resource planning (MRP), written and verbal communication skills. Fluency of all Microsoft Office programs is required. Some scheduling and/or manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
