Finance Manager

Mundo-Tech is a fast-growing, award-winning manufacturer of fabricated tube assemblies for aerospace, defense, and space markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage our financial operations.

Position Summary

The Finance Manager at Mundo-Tech is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the finance team.

Position Accountabilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, business activity reports, ad-hoc analysis and forecasts.
• Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, management, and monitoring of corporate budgets.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Job Costing: Implement and manage job costing systems to track and analyze costs for individual projects or jobs, ensuring accurate cost allocation and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Tax Management: Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate taxes, and work with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and compliance.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
• Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial and corporate risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Expense Management: Monitor and manage all expenses within the allotted budget.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with financial service providers and vendors.
• Reporting to Management: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Investment Oversight: Direct investment activities and develop strategies to maximize returns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding financial operations.
• Forecasting: Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and/or equivalent experience. Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
• 5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge and skills in accounting and financial functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experienced in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  
  

This position is located on-site in our facility located in Rogers, AR. We do not offer relocation benefits.
