We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, and repairs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles.
• Perform tire repairs as needed, including patching and plugging.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and general automotive service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated on automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues related to tire performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.95 - $25.00 per hour
