We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Operater to join our team. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of automotive mechanics, and exceptional customer service capabilities.

Duties

• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
• Perform vehicle loading and unloading with care to prevent damage.
• Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in distress and addressing their needs.
• Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a positive experience for customers during challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle details and service reports.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Skills

• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with load unloading procedures for various types of vehicles.
• Familiarity with operating tow trucks and understanding their mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics to identify issues before towing.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely when necessary.
• Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues on-site.

Pay: $18.38 - $20.35 per hour
